Our Story
Welcome to Blue Heaven...
Located off I-30 at the west end of Benton, you will find the destination restaurant and bar “Blue Heaven.”
The roots of this location have always denoted home cooking, friends and family, and small-town U.S.A. From Pat’s Cafe to Ed and Alma‘s, to most recently Ed and Kay’s, all of these families cared and took pride in serving Saline County over several decades. Our family plans to carry on that tradition as well by offering the freshest take on southern comfort food while adding our own twist.
Not only are we cooking up great things in the kitchen, but our restaurant is unique to Benton as well. Upon entering, you can choose the relaxing indoor intimacy of the speakeasy room complete with beautiful stained glass and antique bar that features a variety of beers, wines and custom cocktails. You might also opt for the privacy fenced patio scene with occasional live music, lush landscaping and games for the young and young at heart. Whether eating in or out, you are certain to have a great dining experience. The executive chef and staff will take you on a culinary journey using the finest ingredients possible and sourced locally when available. Treat yourself with a delicious temptation of Baker fresh items from our ovens. Down home comfort won’t be hard to find here with the southern staples of a blue plate special available weekdays. We also feature a Sunday Brunch—sip on a fabulous Mimosa or a specially prepared Bloody Mary while listening to soft jazz and savoring our chefs specialties. Bring the kids and let them enjoy the outside play area with a menu sure to please even the pickiest eater.
